- The cancellation policy stated above applies to reservations made through our website or via telephone. Reservations made through travel websites are subject to the cancellation policy specified on those websites.
- If you have any questions about canceling your reservation, please contact us via the "Inquiry" section.
Notes
- If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please contact us in advance. If we cannot reach you, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation, and we may offer the room to other guests. In such cases, we will not be responsible for any inability to access the room. (We will not provide alternative rooms in our hotel or other facilities.)
- We do not accept requests for specific rooms, room numbers, or orientations. Room assignments will be made within the room type you have reserved. While we strive to accommodate your preferences, please understand that room assignments are subject to availability and other factors such as consecutive stays by previous guests or maintenance work. Therefore, your assigned room may differ from the photos. Please feel free to inform us of your preferences during the reservation process via phone or in the remarks section of the reservation form.
